A strong understanding of both Vendor Central and Seller Central platforms, along with demonstrated success advising senior-level client stakeholders and driving long-term partnerships through strategic leadership, is essential.
The Senior Director, Retail Media will provide strategic leadership and oversight across a large portfolio of global, enterprise retail media accounts, ensuring excellence in performance, innovation, and client satisfaction. They will serve as a senior advisor to C-level and VP stakeholders, translating complex business goals into actionable, data-led media strategies. Responsibilities include driving full-funnel retail media strategies using advanced analytics and tools, leading the integration of cross-disciplinary efforts, and owning and evolving strategic planning processes. The role also involves collaborating with Business Development and Marketing leadership on new business pitches and market expansion, championing internal knowledge-sharing and process development, and leading, mentoring, and growing a team of retail media specialists and managers.
