Requirements

Candidates should possess a BFA in graphic design, advertising, or a related field, along with at least 10 years of experience in advertising, including a minimum of 5 years in B2B advertising and 2 years of people management experience. A strong portfolio demonstrating smart, brand-building ideas and executions across various media types, such as TV, digital, print, social media, and experiential, is required. Impeccable attention to detail and a strong understanding of the marketing funnel, with experience developing campaigns that engage audiences at every stage, are also necessary.

Responsibilities

As an Associate Creative Director, the individual will plan and scope creative projects, delegate plans, manage timelines, and find and communicate with agencies, photographers, directors, and other vendors. They will work collaboratively with copywriters, designers, marketing managers, and media buyers to optimize campaigns’ strategies, manage the creative team, and present to leadership. The role requires both high-level creative vision and a willingness to roll up their sleeves to bring concepts to life, simplifying team workflows and scaling work through the creation of templates and new processes. They will also lead by example, mentor and coach other creatives, connect with marketing and growth stakeholders to foster trust in the Brand Creative team’s thought leadership, and regularly present ideas and concepts to stakeholders.
