Vanta is seeking an Associate Creative Director to join the Brand Creative team. This role is responsible for creating innovative advertising campaigns across various media, including video, paid social, and more. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with a strong portfolio and design/art direction skills, capable of generating ideas, managing a creative team, and presenting to leadership.

Requirements

  • Education: BFA in graphic design, advertising, or a similar field.
  • Experience:
    • 10+ years of experience in advertising.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B advertising.
    • 2+ years of experience in people management.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing smart, brand-building ideas and executions across various media (TV, digital, print, social media, and experiential).
  • Skills:
    • Impeccable attention to detail.
    • Strong understanding of the marketing funnel.
    • Production experience.
    • Expert presentation and communication skills.
    • Proactive attitude and self-starter.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and scope creative projects, considering business, technical, and resource constraints.
  • Delegate plans, prioritize, and manage timelines.
  • Identify and communicate with agencies, photographers, directors, and other vendors.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, marketing managers, and media buyers to optimize campaign strategy.
  • Manage various creative disciplines (art, copy, design) across multiple projects.
  • Simplify team workflow and scale work by creating templates and introducing new processes (e.g., using AI).
  • Lead by example, mentor, and coach other creatives.
  • Regularly connect with marketing and growth stakeholders to foster partnerships and establish thought leadership.
  • Guide creative execution across Go-To-Market (GTM), lifecycle, paid social, and more.
