TRUEWERK is seeking an experienced marketplace expert to accelerate growth across key online platforms. Reporting directly to the VP of Ecommerce, you will collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to profitably expand TRUEWERK’s brand presence and connect with the next generation of trade professionals.
As the Director of Marketplaces, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our business across Amazon, Walmart, and emerging marketplaces. You will be accountable for driving revenue, profitability, and operational excellence, while partnering with our agency team to ensure flawless execution and campaign performance. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring you to guide cross-functional initiatives that scale operations, improve customer experience, and enhance marketplace performance. The ideal candidate is deeply versed in marketplace best practices and thrives on using data to uncover insights and unlock growth.
