Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 12+ years of broad RGM, pricing strategy, commercial operations, and trade management experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG)
  • Direct North America system experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to lead, build, and inspire multifunctional teams, with demonstrated success in building capabilities and cultivating future leaders
  • Exceptional team leader who takes a people first approach to talent and career development
  • Strong background in Revenue Growth Management frameworks (e.g., OBPPC, Trade Promo Optimization) and expertise in developing price-pack architectures to achieve P&L objectives
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate, influence, and negotiate across complex stakeholder environments, including internal teams, bottler networks, and system leaders

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing North America Juice RGM Team, fostering talent development and building bench strength in RGM capabilities across the portfolio
  • Drive the North America-wide Juice RGM Strategy, encompassing OBPPC (Occasion, Brand, Price, Pack, Channel) frameworks, Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO), and HQ Trade Strategy & Execution
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align RGM activities to the long-term growth strategy of the Juice portfolio while delivering on in-year execution against the annual business plan objectives
  • Act as a key point of influence to steward Juice Annual Business Planning within the NAOU RGM System
  • Partner with the NAOU RGM leadership team to implement all bottler-delivered OBPPC planning and pricing architectures affecting the Juice P&L
  • Partner closely with commercial teams to adapt RGM strategies for specific channels, customers, and markets while building relationships across the system
  • Lead the development of price-pack-channel strategies that deliver on consumer needs, revenue targets, and sustainable growth across U.S. and Canadian markets
  • Oversee TPO efforts to optimize promotional efficiency and drive ROI. Use data-driven insights, tools, and advanced analytics to inform trade strategies
  • Align Juice RGM strategy with ABP and LRP milestones in partnership with Juice Finance and Commercial teams. Influence sources of growth planning for the bottler DSD portfolio including Minute Maid Refreshments (MMR) and Minute Maid Juices to Go (MMJTG)
  • Lead the execution of warehouse pricing strategies, ensuring accurate trade deployment and measurement aligned with Juice portfolio goals
