Candidates should possess a Master’s Degree and 10+ years of experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years of experience. They require an extensive understanding of the transplant clinical landscape and the business of cell therapy, along with excellent strategic thinking skills to formulate and execute market access strategies based on analytical skills. Proven experience in developing market access strategy/materials and marketing initiatives for oncology products is also necessary.
The Director, U.S. Value, Access, & Pricing Strategy will lead the Orca-T U.S. Market Access Strategy, collaborating with field market access directors to execute reimbursement and access strategies. This includes developing strategic plans, creating value proposition tools, and managing payer and provider relationships. The role involves delivering value evidence packages, defining evolving Orca-T value in the market, collaborating with HEOR, and contributing to pricing & contracting strategies. Additionally, the Director will conduct market research, collect insights regarding customer experience, and contribute to policy/government affairs advocacy, ensuring all activities adhere to regulatory and legal requirements.
