Responsibilities

  • Operate as the primary operations advisor to senior sales leaders
  • Drive team-wide strategy and execution with the VP of Federal Sales
  • Achieve operational excellence within the Federal Sales organization
  • Shape Federal Sales GTM strategy
  • Develop channel infrastructure
  • Work with cross-functional partners to drive annual and quarterly sales planning cycles
  • Support headcount modeling and quota/goal setting
  • Be the expert on pipeline health, rep performance, and progress to metrics
  • Surface attainment risks and enact process/policy changes
  • Translate data into actionable insights to shape GTM strategy, resource allocation, and investment decisions
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in sales processes and create scalable solutions
  • Design, manage, and execute on cross-functional projects to affect change across the organization
  • Partner with RevOps, Marketing, Finance, Enablement, and Customer Success to build and maintain a repeatable, scalable sales process
  • Bring best practices from industry and prior experience to elevate sales execution and operations
  • Partner with the Channel team to build and scale foundational partner systems
  • Develop robust dashboards and MBRs for partner revenue, deal pipeline, API usage, and ecosystem health
