Responsibilities

  • Lead development of comprehensive go-to-market strategies harmonized with global Surgical Commercial teams, Business Franchises, and Digital strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for unified approach
  • Craft and execute innovative marketing campaigns, programs, and initiatives for MVP market launch
  • Define commercial models for digital products/platform with Franchise/Commercial teams (revenue, pricing, COGS, contracts); provide global guidance
  • Create/supervise marketing assets with agencies, uphold brand consistency and guidelines
  • Lead strategic partnerships in digital/technology domains; manage 3rd party relationships and business models
  • Collaborate with regional sales/marketing for demand generation across channels; maintain global guidance documents
  • Lead/contribute to product launches: orchestrate activities, develop GTM plans, messaging, collateral, sales tools
  • Conduct market research/analysis on trends, needs, competition; own claims/evidence generation, KOL engagement
  • Manage budget
