What You’ll Do

  • Define and implement the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for new Education products.
  • Own adoption goals and performance metrics for these products.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Sales, Ops, Finance, Enablement, and Marketing to deliver on business goals.
  • Establish the operating cadence, metrics, and reporting infrastructure to track progress.
  • Test, learn, and evolve product positioning and pricing to optimize conversion and adoption.
  • Serve as the central GTM lead for all new initiative launches across the Education team.

  • Successfully led go-to-market strategy and execution for new or early-stage products.
  • Owned product adoption goals and built scalable processes to drive results.
  • Worked cross-functionally with sales, marketing, enablement, ops, and finance teams to align and deliver.
  • Operated with autonomy and clarity in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated strength in iterating on GTM motion and positioning based on data and feedback.
  • Brought a scrappy, resourceful approach to building from scratch.
