Requirements

Candidates should have a proven track record of successfully leading go-to-market strategy and execution for new or early-stage products. They must have experience owning product adoption goals, building scalable processes, and collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, enablement, operations, and finance teams. Experience operating autonomously in ambiguous, high-growth environments, iterating on go-to-market motions based on data and feedback, and a resourceful approach to building from scratch are also required.

Responsibilities

The Go To Market Lead will define and implement go-to-market strategies for new Education products, owning adoption goals and performance metrics. They will lead cross-functional alignment across Sales, Ops, Finance, Enablement, and Marketing to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities include establishing operating cadences, metrics, and reporting infrastructure, testing and evolving product positioning and pricing, and serving as the central GTM lead for all new initiative launches within the Education team.
