Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in paid media strategy, with a focus on e-commerce
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful paid media strategies
  • Strong understanding of client businesses, industries, and competition
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with media planning and buying tools and technologies
  • Knowledge of paid search, paid social, and programmatic advertising channels
  • Ability to develop and manage budgets and forecasts

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of client businesses, industries, and competition
  • Spearhead planning and strategy sessions with clients to understand KPIs, business goals, and marketing goals
  • Drive the development of cross-channel media strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic (Display, Video, OTT, Audio, DOOH)
  • Lead collaboration with channel teams to bring strategies to life
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with Client Services
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for paid media campaigns
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance using data and analytics tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategies
  • Develop and present strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid media strategy
