Candidates should possess 10 or more years of experience in enterprise SaaS or cloud environments, with at least 5 years leading revenue operations or Order-to-Cash systems at a high-growth company. A product mindset, passion for building world-class systems, and experience with AI are essential. Deep expertise in platforms like Workday, SAP, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, RightRev, Zuora, and RevPro is required, along with strong hands-on knowledge of API design, real-time integrations, and event-driven systems. Experience with consumption-based pricing, subscription billing, marketplace monetization, ASC 606, SOX compliance, and financial audit frameworks is also necessary. Executive presence and the ability to influence outcomes across matrixed organizations are crucial.
The Senior Director will lead the transformation of global Order-to-Cash infrastructure, designing and delivering automation-first architecture across Order Management, Billing, Collections, and Revenue Recognition. They will connect Snowflake’s GTM and finance ecosystem through real-time integrations, lead zero-touch enablement for new products, and build secure, scalable systems. This role involves driving cross-functional programs, aligning with senior leaders on strategy and roadmap, and translating complex architecture into business value. Responsibilities include ensuring 99.9 percent uptime for revenue-critical systems, streamlining close processes, embedding compliance, and delivering intelligent automation for collections, payments, and customer self-service. The Senior Director will also inspire and grow a high-performing team, provide mentorship, define team roles and success measures, and foster a culture of technical excellence and inclusive collaboration.
