Requirements

Candidates must have significant experience reviewing B2B SaaS sales contracts and managing revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606. Proficiency in SFDC and NetSuite, including the Advanced Revenue Module (ARM), is required. A deep understanding of current and evolving revenue recognition standards is also necessary. Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements, particularly automation and AI-enabled processes, is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Revenue Accountant will review B2B SaaS sales contracts for ASC 606 compliance, execute sales orders, and apply revenue recognition policies to complex contracts. Responsibilities include identifying and implementing controls and reconciliations, maintaining a near-zero error rate in revenue transactions, and completing all revenue-related close tasks on time. The role involves producing accurate revenue reports, assisting in SOX compliance, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with various departments to ensure scalable processing and proper revenue recognition. Additionally, the Senior Revenue Accountant will develop and maintain documentation on revenue accounting policies and procedures, provide analysis of revenue trends, and develop key reconciliations for ARR reporting.
