The Director of Enterprise Systems Engineering must have extensive enterprise systems experience and be a strategic thought leader focused on transformation, scalability, reliability, and continuous improvement. A strong understanding of Lead to Cash systems including Salesforce (Sales & Service Clouds, Service Cloud Voice, CPQ, Experience cloud, Commerce cloud), Zuora Billing & Revenue, Netsuite, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Boomi, Mulesoft, and Glean is required. Experience leading Agile engineering operations and cross-discipline teams, including functional QA and Test Automation engineers, is essential. Familiarity with AI and its application in engineering and stakeholder productivity is necessary. Experience delivering quality applications within a SOX compliance control environment and managing incidents and releases is also required. Oversight in standards adherence through reviews of technical specifications and application code, and spearheading the strategic deployment of application performance monitoring (APM) and observability platforms are key requirements.
This role leads a cross-functional team of engineers to establish, build, and support enterprise software applications, owning complex technical problems across the business operations. The Director will guide teams in innovative use of cloud-based technology solutions, champion a culture of continuous improvement, and establish best practices, performance KPIs, standards, and operational guidelines. They will act as a subject matter expert and innovation thought leader for the Lead to Cash ecosystem, staying current on system releases and new features. The Director will collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to plan and prioritize application development, deliver quality applications and support within a SOX compliance environment, and be accountable for the availability and performance of the applications portfolio. This includes owning incidents and release management, providing oversight in standards adherence, and spearheading the strategic deployment of APM and observability platforms for proactive fault detection.
