Requirements

The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in a Senior Customer Success Manager, Key Account Manager, Expansion Manager, or Account Director role, with a strong emphasis on cross-sell and upsell strategies. Prior experience in fast-growing companies (Series A/B/C) and a proven history of exceeding sales targets in competitive environments are essential. Experience working with companies in the $10M - $50M ARR range, particularly those with product-led growth and undergoing significant change, is highly valued. The role requires experience managing C-level stakeholders and navigating multi-threaded sales processes. The ability to travel once per quarter within Europe is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Customer Success Manager will be responsible for owning and managing a portfolio of high-value clients, guiding them through their entire journey with Prismic. Key duties include building and executing strategies to maximize cross-sell and upsell opportunities, leading the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure, and negotiating terms. The role involves engaging with C-level stakeholders to build trusted relationships and provide actionable insights aligned with their strategic goals. The Senior CSM will act as a trusted advisor, coach, and advocate, fostering deep relationships with multiple contacts, including executive stakeholders, and conducting regular business reviews to ensure value realization. Proactive efforts to drive product adoption, enhance customer satisfaction, influence customer health scores, and mitigate risks within accounts are crucial. Collaboration with internal teams such as Customer Success Managers, Solution Engineers, Finance, Legal, Product, and Marketing is also a key responsibility. Success in this role is measured by achieving significant cross-sell and upsell targets, driving incremental ARR, building long-term relationships, and ensuring high customer adoption and satisfaction.
