The ideal candidate will have significant experience with the ServiceNow platform, experience in building offerings and content, and real-world implementation and transformation experience. They should also be adept at leveraging digital and AI capabilities to assist clients.
The Portfolio Manager will create and maintain a portfolio of technical, strategic, and architectural accelerators for ServiceNow Impact, support their delivery globally, and provide enablement to internal teams and partners. They will also act as a subject matter expert, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, build consultative partnerships, and provide strategic thought leadership to drive customer success and product adoption.
