Candidates should have 8+ years of B2B demand generation, customer marketing, or ABM experience, preferably in the technology, cybersecurity, or SaaS industry, with a deep understanding of commercial and enterprise buyer personas, particularly within IT or Security domains. Experience with ABM and a deep understanding of multi-threading and enterprise buying processes is also required.
The Sr. Expansion Marketing Manager, Upmarket will be responsible for designing innovative cross-sell and upsell strategies, creating engaging post-sales buyer journeys, and leveraging multiple marketing channels to deliver impactful campaigns. They will collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging with customer needs, identify new targeting opportunities, and optimize program performance, as well as own and create impactful programs, enable field teams with effective outbound plays, and contribute to expansion revenue growth in upmarket segments.
