Requirements

Candidates should have over 12 years of B2B marketing experience in the enterprise software/SaaS industry with extensive knowledge of multi-channel strategies. A Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent work experience is required, along with strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven leadership in creative marketing thinking and execution, as well as experience in demand generation strategy development and implementation, are essential. Candidates must have experience working collaboratively with internal and external marketing leaders and cross-functional teams, and possess effective project management and excellent time management skills. Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, WordPress, and Zoom is required, alongside deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, cloud applications, data science, and analytics platforms. Fluency in Japanese and business-level English for communication with the APJ/Global Team is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Campaign Program and Event Marketing Manager will analyze the needs and growth opportunities in the Japanese market and develop and execute Go-to-Market strategies. They will integrate multi-channel initiatives, including digital/physical events, email marketing, and social media campaigns. The role involves collaborating with partner marketing, account-based marketing, product marketing, and PR to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement in Japan. They will support marketing-driven campaigns and promotional strategies in close collaboration with the sales/SE teams, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and measure the effectiveness and ROI of marketing programs. Continuous analysis of results will be required to inform ongoing improvements and future investment strategies.
