Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing or a related field, coupled with over 4 years of relevant marketing experience, particularly in event marketing, demand generation, or sales enablement. Preferred qualifications include experience with webinar/virtual event platforms like ON24, a proven track record in executing event marketing campaigns encompassing webinars, emails, and social media, and demonstrated experience in leading and managing integrated event marketing plans across cross-functional teams. Essential attributes include being a self-starter and quick learner with independence and autonomy in a high-performing environment, strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently, a strong work ethic, sharp logistics management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Google Drive. Candidates must be based in the Eastern Time Zone.

Responsibilities

The Senior Digital Events Specialist will lead all facets of the virtual event lifecycle, from content strategy and scheduling to post-event analysis, managing timelines, logistics, and deadlines. This role involves managing the technical aspects of event platforms for webinars and virtual events, developing and maintaining virtual event webpages, and planning, executing, and overseeing key events like the Audit & Beyond virtual user conference and virtual NOW events. Responsibilities also include collaborating cross-functionally for consistent messaging and cohesive attendee experiences, managing speaker relationships and presentation logistics, measuring and reporting on performance with strategic recommendations, and overseeing, enabling, and training other teams and associates on webinar programs and event best practices.
