Vendor management skills, executive presence, and willingness to travel are also required.
The Head of Events will own and govern the annual events calendar, manage the program budget, and develop an operating model with standardized workflows and SLAs. Responsibilities include coordinating with sales and growth teams, managing resources and vendors, orchestrating the event portfolio, and partnering with cross-functional teams on assets and messaging. Additionally, the role involves building measurement dashboards, running post-mortems, and driving continuous improvement to maximize ROI.
