Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and ideally have 8+ years of experience in business consulting, digital marketing, or a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to understand complex business challenges and develop strategic recommendations. Experience with customer journey mapping and value realization methodologies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

The Senior Business Consultant will lead business discovery workstreams, conduct industry and customer research, and establish customer ‘why’s’. They will collaborate with various consultants and customer team members to define customer goals and metrics, research customer personas, and build ideal state customer journeys. The role involves developing customer roadmaps, leading execution plans, ideating use cases, building scenarios, and creating user stories. Furthermore, the consultant will assess performance, communicate value, and become an Adobe business practitioner across various Digital Experience solutions, reporting on customer’s digital marketing performance.
