Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of healthcare analytic experience, familiarity with medical economics and quality, and comfort speaking with clients about their goals and objectives. Experience analyzing claims data, querying and manipulating relational databases with SQL, and experience with a business intelligence dashboarding tool such as QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI is required. Experience working at or with government agencies, behavioral healthcare providers, and familiarity with the AWS platform are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst will develop data models to support Behavioral Health performance monitoring at a population level, deliver customer-facing dashboards utilizing Amazon’s QuickSight Product, support project management, road mapping, and analytics product ideation for multiple customers, and collaborate with colleagues to create value add IP, including predictive models, and quickly distribute it to Arcadia customers. They will also provide direct support to clients with technical healthcare subject matter expertise and coaching, maintain strong support for core clients, and expand their portfolio to multiple customers, while managing multiple customer projects with on-time deliverables of creative insights.
