Senior Analyst, Customer Insights
Position Overview
Arcadia is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Customer Insights team. This role is crucial for a high-growth Population Health and Analytics software company, reporting to the Manager on Customer Insights. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for creating high-value analytics and reporting for Arcadia's customers, leveraging data analysis, metrics, and visualizations to improve healthcare delivery.

Requirements
- 3+ years of healthcare analytic experience
- Experience and familiarity with medical economics and quality
- Comfortable speaking with clients about their goals/objectives and translating them into concrete deliverables
- Experience analyzing claims data
- Experience with project planning and timeline management on complex analytic projects
- Ability to query and manipulate relational databases with SQL
- Experience with a business intelligence dashboarding tool (e.g., QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI)
- Eagerness to learn, a detail-oriented mindset, and a creative approach to problem-solving
Would Love for You to Have
- Experience working at or with government agencies, behavioral healthcare providers
- A passion for communicating data through clear and compelling visual design
- Experience with healthcare quality measure specifications
- Experience with the AWS platform and writing Athena queries
- Advanced SQL skills or familiarity with other languages (e.g., Python, R)
- Experience using collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Experience using statistical modeling and/or machine learning
Responsibilities
- Develop data models to support Behavioral Health performance monitoring at a population level.
- Deliver customer-facing dashboards utilizing Amazon's QuickSight Product.
- Support project management, road mapping, and analytics product ideation for multiple customers.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Analysts, and Data Scientists across teams.
- Provide direct support to clients with technical healthcare subject matter expertise and coaching.
- Bring thought leadership to the creation of analytics products.
What Success Looks Like
In 3 months:
- Gain familiarity with Arcadia’s data model, data ingestion process, and GA Options.
- Learn the Analytics team’s reporting tools (SQL database, Redshift, QuickSight BI product).
- Become an expert in your core client’s performance reporting needs through reviewing materials and engaging in requirements gathering conversations.
- Onboard with core teammates.
In 6 months:
- Build value-add reporting for the customer base.
- Provide direct support to clients with technical healthcare subject matter expertise and coaching.
- Consistently bring thought leadership to the creation of analytics products.
In 12 months:
- Maintain strong support for core clients while expanding the portfolio to multiple customers.
- Self-serve as a subject matter expert on Arcadia’s analytics product.
- Proficiently manage multiple customer projects with on-time deliverables of creative insights.
