Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of business intelligence experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as customer success or consulting, along with customer relationship skills and experience implementing production business intelligence solutions. They should have embedded experience and data warehouse experience, preferably with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery, and a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent technical experience.

Responsibilities

The Customer Success Architect will serve as a Sigma champion and product expert, advising customers on technical best practices including Sigma best practices and patterns, performance and tuning, security, and embedded and API access. They will capture product feedback from customers and engage with the product team to improve the product roadmap, identify new use cases to grow accounts, cultivate customer references for the marketing team, and eventually work remotely full-time with up to 50% travel.
