Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a leading University or equivalent experience
  • 10+ overall years of sales or business development experience with demonstrated ability ideally within an overlay sales organization
  • Strong domain expertise in CSP, AI Industry with Executive relationships. Demonstrated experience with sell-to and sell-through
  • Experience with leading and closing sophisticated deal negotiations and alliances. Knowledge of pricing strategies, channel economics, and negotiation tactics
  • English communication skill sufficient to lead regular workshops with team members from the Asia-Pacific region and U.S. headquarters
  • Able and willing to travel regularly

  • High energy with the capability to multi-task in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization

Responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue targets through NCPs and develop and execute plans to grow the pipeline on a quarterly basis
  • Collaborate with key business leaders at NCP companies to develop and implement business plans, strengthening NVIDIA’s market presence
  • Ensure NCPs have a clear understanding of NVIDIA’s product portfolio and strategy, and work with them to establish and execute business plans optimized for the Korean market
  • Define and lead technical collaboration plans to help NCPs adopt NVIDIA platform-based accelerated solutions and build services around them
  • Actively engage in Korea’s sovereign AI initiatives to accelerate growth of the local AI market, and establish strong collaboration frameworks with key government agencies
  • Work closely with various cross-functional teams within NVIDIA (including Account Manager, SA, PM, and R&D teams) to develop strategies that drive the growth of each NCP
  • Drive engagement across NVIDIA’s broader partner ecosystem and create new business opportunities through collaboration with NVIDIA’s global partners
