Vanta is seeking a Director, Strategic Partnerships to lead and scale our most critical technology partnerships—beginning with AWS and expanding to other major cloud and tech providers. This is a high-impact role with direct responsibility for driving revenue through strategic alliances and for leading a growing global team of Partner Managers in NAMER and EMEA.
Our Partnerships team has successfully built Vanta into a Top 10 Global ISV Partner with AWS in under two years. These types of alliances are central to our growth—accelerating sales, expanding reach, and improving customer retention. As we scale, we're expanding our focus to include other cloud platforms and strategic technology partners.
In this role, you’ll own the strategy and execution of key partnerships and lead a team of global Partner Managers to deliver measurable impact through co-selling, go-to-market programs, and partner-sourced revenue.
