Requirements

Candidates should have at least 8-10 years of experience managing complex technology sales to enterprise accounts, preferably in fintech or payments. Experience selling multiple API solution products is essential, along with a network of advocates to support success. The ability to develop relationships with decision-makers in key verticals is required, as is a track record of success in achieving quotas and maintaining pipelines. Candidates must demonstrate a successful history of net direct new business sales, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to simplify complexity for others. Resilience, creativity, adaptability, and accountability for delivering key outcomes, including KPIs and revenue targets, are essential. Candidates should be able to travel if needed and work autonomously in a remote environment with a minimum of 3 days in the office per week.

Responsibilities

The Senior Account Executive will prospect and close large, complex enterprise deals across various verticals. They will manage multi-threaded sales cycles, engaging end users through to C-level executives, and build the value of our products. The successful candidate will define, execute, and own an engagement plan for key prospects, manage their pipeline, deal flow, and forecasting with accuracy, and proactively identify and solve client challenges. They will lead with insight and deliver an exceptional prospect and customer experience.
