Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of inside/outside sales experience, specifically selling SaaS technology using demos and related techniques. A proven track record of exceeding quota, a hunter mentality, and a deep understanding of pipeline management are essential. Exceptional communication and organization skills, coachability, eagerness to learn, and enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment are also required. Experience with CRMs and Aircall is preferred, with bonus points for outbound sales, SaaS, high-velocity subscription sales, early-stage startup experience, or construction/roofing sales.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include connecting with leads, qualifying and executing discoveries, identifying pain points, conducting tailored demos, educating leads on solutions, driving revenue through customer acquisition, maintaining a clean CRM and pipeline, and collaborating with various internal teams to enhance the product.
