The Territory Sales Manager will achieve company sales and profitability targets in the Colorado market for Westlake Royal Building Products – Roofing Solutions. This includes developing and maintaining consultative relationships with home builders, architects, roofing contractors, and distributors. Responsibilities involve expanding market share, developing sales strategies, driving product performance, and creating territory plans. The role requires establishing positive customer relations, participating in trade shows, understanding customer operations, providing market feedback, managing expenses, handling customer complaints, coordinating with accounting, offering technical advice, distributing literature, arranging demonstrations, submitting sales reports and forecasts, and managing customer database information. Safety compliance and some overnight travel are also expected.
