Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing or SaaS, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS) is required, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A strong understanding of digital marketing trends and services is necessary, and the candidate should be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a team. HubSpot Sales or Marketing certification and prior agency experience are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Sales Specialist will drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, promoting and selling digital marketing services and/or HubSpot CRM solutions. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting needs analysis, tailoring customized proposals and presentations, managing the pipeline using CRM tools, collaborating with marketing and technical teams, and meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
