SailPoint is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Digital Sales Representative to drive sales growth. This role focuses on proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales tactics within SaaS opportunities. The ideal candidate will work closely with field sales teams to penetrate new accounts and cross-sell into existing SailPoint accounts, delivering a positive customer experience and maximizing revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Driving sales growth through proactive outreach and relationship building.
  • Utilizing strategic sales tactics to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborating with field sales teams (Outside Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Channel Partners, etc.).
  • Delivering a positive customer experience using the SailPoint sales model.
  • Creating and pursuing digital leads.
  • Familiarizing yourself with SailPoint’s pitch and sales processes.
  • Meeting and collaborating with key stakeholders, including team members and leadership.
  • Completing onboarding tasks, including courses and meetings.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in prospecting tools (LinkedIn, 6Sense, Outreach, ZoomInfo).
  • Sequencing prospects and converting leads into opportunities within Salesforce.

Path to Success (Initial Goals - First Month)

  • Complete Getting Started Checklist (including Pre/Post Revenue Onboarding Coursework, HR onboarding Sessions, Access Identity University, and role-specific courses).
  • Familiarize yourself with the High-Level Function Org Chart.
  • Utilize all video collateral for training.
  • Meet the team (Digital Sales, AEs, Marketing, Channel, Sales Leadership).
  • Meet your buddy and schedule Bi-weekly meetings with your manager.
  • Listen in and shadow discovery calls.
  • Ensure access to and familiarity with all digital tech stack tools.
  • Walk your manager through prospecting efforts with LinkedIn, 6Sense, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
  • Demonstrate knowledge in uncovering corporate insights and persona-based imperatives.
  • Demonstrate effective sequencing of prospects and actioning leads within SLAs.
