Requirements

  • Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs

  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other WellSky Sales teams to create and maintain quotes for clients looking to expand, migrate, or receive additional training on their services
  • Prepare the contractual documentation needed in support of these efforts
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients
  • Support the value proposition of our solutions and services through webinars and phone calls with current and prospective clients
  • Coordinate with account executives regarding new sales opportunities including leading client pre-sales calls and demonstrations
  • Utilize Salesforce to maintain pipeline, contacts, opportunity qualification, and client meetings with account executives
  • Execute quotes, contract functions, and sales process requirements for the business unit
  • Achieve individual goal of closed business to contribute to the team’s quota expectations
  • Perform other job duties as assigned
