Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
Ability to prospect and run Genius Point of Sale presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants, restaurateurs, and businesses
Passion for success and providing tangible solutions
Ability to work closely with a District Manager to set appointments via network and referral partnerships
Knowledge of CRM platforms like Atlas and Salesforce for lead generation, sales presentations, client financial analysis, and paperless contract processing (trained during initial period)
Ability to achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first time appointments to secure quota
Continuous development of knowledge of current product/service portfolio and financial technology industry changes
Attendance at weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with leader
Responsibilities
Prospecting new clients and running Genius Point of Sale presentations to close deals within a fast sales cycle
Explaining value proposition and demonstrating cloud-based Point of Sale solution
Upselling current clients on other Global products and services
Maintaining regular communication with the Point of Sale District Manager
Closing sales of business solutions with merchants in small to mid-sized businesses
Setting appointments with business owners in person via network and referral partnerships
Uncovering needs and presenting Global Point of Sale solutions during scheduled appointments
Maintaining existing/prospective client records in CRM system (Atlas), including call notes, scheduled interactions, contact information, and other relevant data
Achieving minimum production requirements and securing quota
Attending weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with leader
