Requirements

  • 4+ years experience with resourcing, delivering, securing and optimizing containerized applications running in Cloud or self-hosted environments
  • 3+ years experience developing automation scripts for infrastructure as code (IaC)
  • 3+ years experience applying DevOps and distributed data storage concepts
  • 3+ years experience working with relevant cloud and infrastructure security tools such as SIEMs/log management platforms, application/cloud vulnerability tools, supporting pen tests and workload security
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong technical writing skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Falcon LogScale deployments from project kickoff to technical implementation and through project closure
  • Guide and assist customers in building out complex, resilient and high performing application clusters in Public and Private cloud/on-prem environments
  • Assist customer with data onboarding tasks like 3rd party tool audit/logging policy configurations, and log transport methodology
  • Provide guidance with log analysis leveraging search queries based on raw log data, parsing and dashboard creation
  • Provide knowledge transfer of Falcon LogScale to our customers
