Requirements

4+ years experience with resourcing, delivering, securing and optimizing containerized applications running in Cloud or self-hosted environments
3+ years experience developing automation scripts for infrastructure as code (IaC)
3+ years experience applying DevOps and distributed data storage concepts
3+ years experience working with relevant cloud and infrastructure security tools such as SIEMs/log management platforms, application/cloud vulnerability tools, supporting pen tests and workload security
Fluency in English
Strong technical writing skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for Falcon LogScale deployments from project kickoff to technical implementation and through project closure
Guide and assist customers in building out complex, resilient and high performing application clusters in Public and Private cloud/on-prem environments
Assist customer with data onboarding tasks like 3rd party tool audit/logging policy configurations, and log transport methodology
Provide guidance with log analysis leveraging search queries based on raw log data, parsing and dashboard creation
Provide knowledge transfer of Falcon LogScale to our customers
