Requirements

  • Universities' related departments graduate
  • Good level of English knowledge
  • At least 4 years of sales experience (preferably in pharmaceutical, health, and medical device sector)
  • Compatible with team work and able to take on different tasks
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, result-oriented negotiation ability, analytical thinking ability
  • No travel restrictions
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Actively able to drive a vehicle
  • Approved SDE, KDE, and ÜTS documents by the Ministry of Health

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all sales targets and results in their unit or region, acting in line with company values; responsible for parameters such as turnover, profitability, sales turnover speed, quantity, payment terms
  • Exhibits team-oriented behaviors and effectively uses training resources to increase product knowledge level
  • Provides product application support in the operating room, periodically gives product preparation and application trainings to healthcare professionals
  • Responsible for realizing all annual and quarterly targets at regional/unit level in the Advanced Surgery business plan
  • Contributes to the creation of regional annual and long-term marketing policies and strategies; conducts activities to grow the regional market
  • Implements regional marketing and sales activities effectively by reporting to the Sales Manager
  • Follows tenders in units in their region, notifies the center, provides necessary support for our company's affiliate, follows payment processes
  • Obtains documents from company internal resources to meet individual training needs related to products, shares with team members as needed
  • Implements strategies and tactics in line with marketing plans to achieve sales profitability and market share targets, reaches unit sales targets, provides feedback to Sales and Marketing Manager on sales forecast, sales and promotion budget, market and competitor activities
  • Works in coordination with Sales and Marketing Manager, relevant Product Manager, and Medical Director to provide technical/clinical/scientific support to customers; gives applied training on product use in the operating room and is responsible for healthcare professionals applying our products correctly
  • Provides quality and superior service to customers in line with our organization's common values and minimizes customer complaints
  • Manages relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in responsible units in coordination with Sales Manager
  • Acts as regional representative for marketing plans or specific marketing projects conducted at the center, produces projects oriented to needs and solutions in their field when necessary, conducts field research, provides input to relevant Business Unit Manager and Product Manager
  • Uses company's customer relationship systems such as Customer Boost and provides content
