Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory plans to achieve quota and growth targets
  • Engage with Chiefs of Anesthesia, CRNAs, OR Directors, and C-level Biomed/IT stakeholders
  • Drive competitive conversions and expand GEHC footprint across assigned accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Patient Monitoring PSS, Clinical Applications, Strategic Director, Enterprise Account Managers (ECS), and Service/Project Managers
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline, leveraging clinical wins and strategic selling
  • Navigate complex buying processes and align solutions to customer priorities
  • Sell all types of anesthesia equipment to hospitals, clinics, ambulatory surgical centers in the Texas Medical Center and the Houston Metroplex
  • Maintain good relations with all customers within area of responsibility
  • Provide excellent customer service through product demonstrations, clinical support, educational seminars, and technical advice
