Requirements

  • Experience structurante of at least 5 years in operations, Sales Ops / Rev Ops, strategic consulting, or transformation
  • Strong ability to lead complex projects from start to finish with a rigorous and organized approach
  • Hands-on, results-oriented, and business-savvy: understands levers of commercial performance (Sales experience is a plus)
  • Excellent data analysis skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and proactive in proposing solutions: constantly seeks improvements

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities by immersing with Revenue teams to anticipate needs and issues
  • Become a strategic and operational partner by proposing relevant and effective solutions based on deep understanding of business challenges
  • Challenge existing processes and tools to foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Design functional and/or technical scalable solutions addressing identified issues
  • Ensure coherence and feasibility of solutions with company strategy
  • Ensure scalability of solutions for rapid replication across international markets (France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy)
  • Prioritize projects with Ops team and managers to maximize impact on growth objectives
  • Manage projects end-to-end as a "product owner": define steps, collaborate with TechOps team (Salesforce, automations), ensure adoption by teams
  • Accompany teams by documenting processes and adapting communication
  • Anticipate and support business needs in tools to gain efficiency
  • Contribute to creating tools and automations to reduce repetitive tasks
  • Optimize Salesforce CRM usage by developing new features
  • Set up and analyze key indicators (activity, conversion, performance) to identify bottlenecks and growth levers
  • Help management make strategic decisions with clear and impactful analyses
  • Measure impact of tools and processes to evolve them as needed
