Responsibilities

The Sales Operations Supervisor will drive core sales operations processes to enhance team productivity and revenue performance. They will optimize the use of HubSpot and other sales tools to ensure high adoption, data quality, and pipeline accuracy. Responsibilities include improving sales reporting and analytics using AWS QuickSight, CRM data, and other internal data sources to deliver actionable insights. The supervisor will also mentor a team of analysts, work closely with Sales, Marketing, BizOps, Finance, and Product teams to ensure alignment, and identify inefficiencies in the sales funnel to recommend enhancements.
