Candidates should possess 3–6 years of experience in product ops, technical operations, internal tools, or automation enablement, with hands-on experience building workflow automations using tools like n8n.io, Zapier, Make.com, Retool, or similar. They should also demonstrate deep fluency with generative AI tools, including ChatGPT and prompt engineering, along with a strong grasp of business operations and the ability to rapidly map and optimize workflows. Experience integrating multiple systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, CRMs) into cohesive flows and comfort with light scripting, API calls, or working with low-code platforms are required.
The AI & Workflow Automation Manager will lead automation initiatives using platforms like n8n.io and ChatGPT Custom GPTs to eliminate repetitive, manual work, build and deploy end-to-end workflows spanning tools like Google Sheets, Slack, email, and custom databases, collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and develop automation candidates, prototype and iterate quickly to deliver working automation MVPs, educate and empower teams to adopt and scale automations, continuously improve platform tooling by standardizing and evolving internal libraries of reusable automations and GPTs, and report on outcomes—tracking time savings, efficiency gains, and adoption metrics. They will also work directly with brand executives, functional leaders, and CSC platform teams to bring automation to life and shape the way work happens across a platform doing hundreds of millions in revenue.
