CSC Generation is building the next-generation AI operating system for retail—one that automates the manual, streamlines the complex, and empowers teams to focus on high-leverage work. We’re hiring an AI & Workflow Automation Manager to operationalize this vision. In this role, you’ll lead the design and implementation of lightweight automation workflows and custom GPT-based tools that transform how we operate across marketing, eCommerce, customer experience, merchandising, and finance. You’ll work directly with brand executives, functional leaders, and CSC platform teams to bring automation to life—fast. This position will report into the CEO of one of CSC’s portfolio brands.
This is a hands-on builder role that directly supports CSC’s company-wide initiative to embed automation into every department. From auto-generating customer service emails to streamlining reporting and approvals, the systems you design will free up teams to focus on what really matters—strategy, creativity, and growth. You’ll work on meaningful challenges with executive sponsorship, get visibility across brands, and shape the way work happens across a platform doing hundreds of millions in revenue.
