Responsibilities

Provide leadership to sales operation and sales enablement functions supporting multiple segments
Provide operational support to sales management
Plan and coordinate projects to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force
Develop processes and procedures to support the sales process and participate in requirements for sales support systems
Maintain information on sales activities to support performance metrics and process improvement
Oversee day-to-day operations and deliverables, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction, sales, efficiency, and operational targets are met
Establish operational objectives and work plans, directing performance to meet/exceed sales targets and impact commercial objectives
Develop long- and short-term goals across sales functions and implement plans for consistent sales performance
Ensure sales professionals' skills align with marketplace and company objectives through training insights
Promote organizational culture, encourage continuous improvement, reward productivity/innovation, manage attrition
Develop and implement new projects, policies, procedures for strategic goals and improved employee satisfaction/productivity
