Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to sales operation and sales enablement functions supporting multiple segments
- Provide operational support to sales management
- Plan and coordinate projects to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force
- Develop processes and procedures to support the sales process and participate in requirements for sales support systems
- Maintain information on sales activities to support performance metrics and process improvement
- Oversee day-to-day operations and deliverables, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction, sales, efficiency, and operational targets are met
- Establish operational objectives and work plans, directing performance to meet/exceed sales targets and impact commercial objectives
- Develop long- and short-term goals across sales functions and implement plans for consistent sales performance
- Ensure sales professionals' skills align with marketplace and company objectives through training insights
- Promote organizational culture, encourage continuous improvement, reward productivity/innovation, manage attrition
- Develop and implement new projects, policies, procedures for strategic goals and improved employee satisfaction/productivity
