Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or related field, MBA is advantageous
  • Minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate with staff at all levels within the organization to achieve business goals
  • Experience in the HealthCare, Pharmaceutical, and/or Life Sciences industry
  • Experience or demonstrated ability to work with Sales
  • Knowledge of contracts administration procedures and practices
  • Proven critical thinking skills; able to solve problems and make effective and timely decisions
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects independently in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines
  • High level of competency with MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, VISIO, MIRO and PowerPoint)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with learning, utilizing, and teaching technology
  • Attention to detail, with accurate input and proofreading skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize own workload and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Assist with identifying process improvement initiatives including opportunities, gaps, or weakness for leadership
  • Lead operational projects including system or process design, contractual and pricing planning and related methodologies to meet Commercial Operations goals
  • Oversee all initiatives within projects, including kickoff/planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure
  • Work closely with all Commercial Operations teams and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of initiatives
  • Report initiative status, issues, and risks to leadership and create detailed reports for review
  • Track and report on the progress of initiatives, using data to make informed decisions and adjustments as needed
  • Coordinate Lessons Learned Reviews and report on successful outcomes, problem areas, failures, expectations, and recommendations to senior management
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a small team to achieve individual and team goals
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure buy-in and support for initiatives
  • Enable a collaborative culture and drive organization to improve customer/client satisfaction levels and responsiveness
  • Manage projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and utilize data-driven methodologies to drive continuous process improvement and business initiatives
  • Own or be part of new ad hoc projects requested by Commercial Leaders, Sales Leadership, Commercial Excellence, and other key stakeholders within the GE Healthcare PDx Organization
  • Work with the Commercial Excellence team on any system implementations, enhancements, or other impacts to SAP or Salesforce.com systems primarily used by PDx
  • Handle Commercial Operation Initiatives including new product activities (sales targeting, pricing & implementation, SFDC Account management, external consultant and vendor onboarding, IT requests, etc.), coordination of price increase strategies/implementations across all modalities, cross functional and/or pilot programs, software initiatives and contract deals as assigned
