Requirements

  • Expertise in leading onboarding and ramp-up programs for new hires across SDR/MDR, Customer Success, and GTM teams
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining sales playbooks, conducting mock calls, role-plays, and simulations

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to create a product/data learning strategy and roadmap aligned to key business outcomes
  • Collaborate with the Manager, Design to build complete learning experiences including pre, during, and post reinforcement content
  • Manage and maintain the product curriculum, deliver in-person sessions, and build internal and external product/data certifications
  • Manage end-to-end product training projects—intake, planning, design, review, and deployment
  • Maintain a training calendar and roadmap that aligns with product release cycles
  • Partner with stakeholders to define timelines, deliverables, and ownership; develop communication plans to ensure transfer of learning and measure impact
  • Integrate new product knowledge into the sales process, reinforcing selling behaviors and embedding enablement materials in daily workflows
  • Work closely with the Head of Product Management and Product Marketing to align on product roadmaps, positioning, and messaging
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to drive cross-functional alignment and consistency across audiences
  • Prepare sales managers to coach teams on new products, tools, and skills through enablement toolkits and sessions
  • Provide regular coaching and feedback to reinforce learning, drive adoption, and strengthen sales execution
  • Monitor performance metrics to identify opportunities for skill development or tool utilization
  • Lead the product component of onboarding for new hires across SDR/MDR, Customer Success, and GTM teams
  • Ensure new team members ramp quickly with strong understanding of products, services, and sales processes
  • Collaborate with functional leaders for consistent, high-impact onboarding experiences
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive sales playbook with current messaging, scripts, and resources
  • Conduct mock calls, role-plays, and simulations to build confidence and reinforce effective sales skills
