Requirements

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience managing or mentoring a sales team, preferably in a high-growth enterprise B2B SaaS environment. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a closing role with a proven track record of exceeding quota and closing complex enterprise deals is required. Experience in hiring, onboarding, and developing sales talent is essential. Familiarity with the audit, advisory, or assurance industry is a strong plus. Up to 30% travel is required.

Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will lead, coach, and support a team of Account Executives to meet individual and team goals in pipeline generation, sales activity, and revenue performance. Responsibilities include coaching the team on building relationships with key decision-makers, guiding deal strategies throughout the sales cycle, and partnering cross-functionally with other teams to ensure an excellent customer experience. The role also involves monitoring sales metrics, using data for coaching and forecasting, refining the sales playbook, and representing Fieldguide at networking events.
