Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the SaaS or IT management industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a history of closing large, complex deals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Technical acumen: understanding of IT management solutions and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Required to work on-site 5x a week in the Miami office (Coral Gables)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a team of quota-carrying Commercial Account Executives (AEs)
  • Ensure AEs maintain high activity levels, daily prospecting, pipeline growth, prospect qualification, and deliver on assigned monthly/quarterly sales revenue targets
  • Provide AE leadership, execution, and achievement of revenue goals
  • Increase AE productivity through skill development and adherence to activity standards
  • Provide inspiration, rapid conflict resolution, and build a high-performance sales culture
  • Drive new business by identifying and pursuing opportunities within the enterprise sector to exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to penetrate new markets and grow existing accounts
  • Conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiations to communicate the value of Kandji’s solutions to prospective clients
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction
