Requirements

Candidates should have proven success working with Mid-Market accounts, particularly in the technology or software space. A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and the ability to quickly learn new technical concepts are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a collaborative spirit, adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment, a process improvement mindset, and a customer-focused approach are also required. Responsibilities

The Sales Engineer II will act as the technical expert throughout the sales cycle for Mid-Market accounts, demonstrating how the platform meets prospect needs. They will collaborate with Account Executives, deliver product demonstrations and proof of concepts, and provide feedback to Product Management and Marketing based on market insights. Additionally, they will participate in refining sales engineering processes and work with cross-functional teams to create supporting resources.
