Experience with SaaS solutions and a customer-centric approach are also highly desirable.
As a Mid-Market Solution Engineer, you will lead discovery sessions to identify key customer requirements and success metrics, align tailored demonstrations and technical discussions with customer priorities, and design deployment strategies that integrate Flock’s platform with existing workflows to drive operational impact. You will partner closely with Account Executives to understand customer pain points, consult on requirements, and ensure customers see the full potential of the platform.
