As we scale, we need Solution Engineers who can act as trusted advisors, helping customers understand how Flock’s platform can deliver measurable value at every stage of their buying journey.

Responsibilities

• Leading discovery sessions to identify key customer requirements, success metrics, and process gaps.
• Aligning tailored demonstrations, success stories, and technical discussions to the value metrics that matter most to each customer.
• Designing deployment strategies that integrate Flock’s platform with existing workflows to drive operational impact.
• Partnering closely with Account Executives (AEs) to understand customer pain points.
• Consulting on requirements and tailoring platform demonstrations.
