Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline and approximately 3 years of technical experience. A demonstrated passion for improving consumer experiences is required, and recent graduates with 0-2 years of experience are also encouraged to apply. Familiarity with product taxonomy capabilities such as Chat, Chatbot, SMS/Text, Co-Browse, Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA), Video Conferencing, Fax2Mail is expected.

Responsibilities

The Junior Emerging Technology Engineer will research and recommend foundational architecture changes to support business growth. They will support research projects evaluating emerging technologies for enterprise applications, interface with users to assess new technology implementation, and analyze deployment processes. Key duties include designing, developing, and implementing cognitive solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the AI lifecycle, and ensuring ethical AI development. This role also involves infrastructure and data management, developing AI strategies, conducting analysis and experimentation, troubleshooting technical issues, and preparing technical documentation.
