Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably within the cybersecurity or fraud prevention industry. Strong technical skills, including experience with device intelligence, behavior biometrics, machine learning, and AI, are essential. Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences is required.
The Enterprise Sales Engineer will support Account Executives in identifying prospect needs, prepare and deliver customized product demonstrations showcasing Sardine’s platform, interface with security teams to complete security reviews, and complete RFPs for competitive opportunities. They will also create comprehensive solution designs, collaborate with peers to improve processes within the Sales Engineering team, and contribute to shaping the product roadmap based on customer insights.
