The ideal candidate possesses over 5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, Engagement Management, or LMS implementation consulting, preferably within the SaaS sector. A consultative selling background, knowledge of enterprise technologies (SSO, CRM, ERP, HRIS), and proven ability to demonstrate technical expertise to high-level stakeholders are essential. Experience leading technical workshops (SaaS integrations, Middleware, ETL, API, Web Services) and familiarity with the LXP/LMS industry are a plus. Fluency in French and a B2 level or equivalent in English are required.
The Sales Engineer will collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and provide sales support, acting as a bridge between product development and market requirements. This role involves becoming an internal expert on the 360Learning technology, understanding its application for current and future customers, and advising clients from CEOs to Developers. Responsibilities include configuring products for presentations, building engaging strategies with Account Executives to advance deals, and contributing to the growth of the Sales Engineer department by identifying best practices and designing new processes. Additionally, the Sales Engineer will assist sales team members throughout the sales process and help shape the presales team by recruiting colleagues.
