Candidates should have consulting experience at a leading strategy/consulting firm and experience working for a leading telecommunications company. A working knowledge of how technology drives transformation change in the Technology industry and experience in a customer-facing role selling and delivering consulting services are required. Senior leadership experience in the Technology industry, financial modeling and acumen, and depth of expertise in strategic consulting are also necessary.
The Technology Strategist will identify, calculate, and develop value narratives for strategic customers, demonstrating how ServiceNow's solutions impact P&L and industry priorities. They will serve as the main point of contact for AMS-based Technology account sales teams, connecting with senior stakeholders and enhancing messaging with financial acumen and industry insights. Responsibilities include developing industry-relevant value strategies, driving pipeline generation and expansion through value and industry expertise, calculating value estimates and outcome-focused business cases, and designing value KPIs for use cases within Technology.
