Responsibilities

The Senior Presales Engineer will act as the primary ambassador and expert for the School Bus Arm product, focusing on implementing and improving the Go-To-Market strategy, demo, and pilot processes. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining product knowledge, creating sales enablement materials, and conducting internal training. They will engage with clients to understand their needs, provide solution recommendations, and build strong stakeholder relationships. This role involves supporting sales and customer success teams with demos, pilots, and training, while owning the pilot and demo process. Additionally, the Senior Presales Engineer will collaborate with teams to design customized solutions, assist in drafting project proposals, and represent the product at industry events.
