Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales enablement, or a similar role.
The SE Enablement Lead will design, develop, and implement comprehensive enablement programs for Saviynt’s pre-sales engineering team, focusing on technical product knowledge, sales skills, and market insights. They will create and maintain training materials, coordinate technical training sessions, and ensure pre-sales engineers have access to effective sales tools. Furthermore, the role involves collaborating with various teams to gather updates, measuring program effectiveness, and making adjustments to align with sales and business objectives.
