Responsibilities

The role involves designing, delivering, and managing onboarding programs for new sales team members and developing ongoing enablement content such as playbooks and best practice guides. Responsibilities include adapting global enablement content to local languages and markets, leading workshops and product demos to enhance sales effectiveness, and partnering with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent sales messaging. Additionally, the specialist will support CRM hygiene and reporting for accurate pipeline and forecasting, analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements, and assist in optimizing sales processes, tools, and workflows to drive efficiency and scale.
